We now have an FAQ list that we hope will help you answer some of the more common ones.

1. Can I cancel my appointment?

You may cancel any appointment in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to cancel free promotional Services at any time for any reason. If the service provider (freelancer) cancels an appointment for any reason, you will receive a refund, unless Beuty 911 is able to book another service provider acceptable to you during the time scheduled for your appointment.

Payment Process. If you order an in-home, office or event beauty service, you agree to pay the then-current applicable service fee listed in the Services or the website of our third-party booking agent (“Booking Agent”) as linked to from the Site or Application. We, or our booking agent, will automatically bill your credit card submitted in booking an appointment on the date the appointment is booked, and each time you book an appointment. All payments to the service providers are non-refundable, except in the event the service provider, or we cancel your appointment.

2. Service Indications

For a blowdry or hairdo, we request you have wet hair. This means you should wash your hair 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment.

For manicures and pedicures, please have your nails free of any gel, acrylic or shellac.

We ask that you have a place with commodities (for sitting), and electrical outlet facilities so we can plug and use our hairdryers.

3. Can I make an appointment for the same day?

Yes, you can! Just look for an available spot and book it.

4. Can call to make an appointment?

We are an online booking platform but we are always happy to help! You can call us and we will gladly book your service appointment.

We require payment to be done by phone to book the service.

5. Parking facilities

Our beauty professionals will do their best to find parking. If they are unable to and the service was in a hotel or offices they reserve the right to charge you for the cost of parking.

1. ¿Puedo Cancelar mi cita?

Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar citas por cualquier razón. Si el proveedor del servicio (Freelancer) cancela el servicio por cualquier razón, recibirá un reembolso del servico por el cual pagó, a menos que Beauty 911 tenga un proveedor disponible que le pueda brindar el servicio en la hora reservada. No se devuelve dinero por citas canceladas, solo se aplicará el crédito para un servicio de igual precio y se le permitirá al cliente hacer una nueva cita.

2. Indicaciones para Servicio

Servicio de Secado: Debe lavar su cabello de 10 a 15 minutos previo a la cita. En el caso de los servicios de keratina no debe aplicar acondicionador.

Servicio de Manicura y Pedicura: Debe tener fascilidades para sentarse. El cliente es responsable de remover gel o acrílico, previo a la cita.

Beauty 911 requiere que el Cliente tenga las fascilidades para poder llevar a cabo los servicios y un espacio seguro. Acceso a luz electrica, sillas y mesa.

8. ¿Puedo hacer una cita para el mismo día?

Si, usted puede agendar una cita de hoy para hoy. Solo tiene que buscar en linea los espacios disponibles.

4. ¿Puedo solicitar una cita por teléfono?

Beauty 911 es una plataforma de belleza virtual, pero siempre estamos dispuestos a ayudarle a conseguir espacio para su cita. Puede llamarnos e informarse de las opciones que tenemos adicionales.

Se requiere que el cliente haga pago por teléfono.

5. Facilidades de estacionamiento.

Nuestros Freelancers (Beauty Patrols) hacen todo lo posible por buscar estacionamiento seguro y libre de costo y se reservan el derecho de cobrar por servicios de valet parking o estacionamientos privados en hoteles o eventos.
